This seminar is intended for those interested
in current issues and problems within the gaming industry. It is held in
conjunction with the Hong Kong Jockey Club and aims to raise awareness
of the many issues arising from the rapid expansion of legal and illegal
electronic gaming markets. The security and policy issues and choices facing
the industry are the focus of the seminar.

Mr. Timothy McNally is currently the Executive Director, Security,
Hong Kong Jockey Club. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin -
Eau Claire in 1969, with a Bachelor Arts degree in Political Science. He
also earned a Law (juries Doctorate) from Marquette University in 1973.
He worked as a local prosecutor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, prior to joining
the FBI in 1975. He spent the next twenty-four years with the FBI in various
investigative and management positions. Mr. McNally's primary concentration
of work involved corruption, organized crime and drug enforcement matters.
In his last position, he served as the Director In-Charge of the FBI's
second largest field division in Los Angeles. He commenced his duties with
the Hong Kong Jockey Club in May, 1999.
